Fishing Summary
This week, Pirarucu delivered incredible moments on the water, as well as on land. With 6 guests joining us, the balance between epic fishing and immersive wildlife experiences made for a week to remember. The arapaima were active, and the numbers we saw near the boats were truly staggering.
The highlight of the week came from Noa, who broke the season’s record by landing an arapaima monster measuring a jaw-dropping 2.38 meters. It was a fight for the books, and Noa’s excitement was felt across the lagoon.
Meanwhile, Thomas, who split his time between birdwatching and fishing, landed his own giant—another arapaima over 2 meters. And let’s not forget the two wonderful ladies who joined us, soaking in the raw beauty of the Amazon. While they didn’t fish, they were mesmerized by the wildlife, proving that Pirarucu is a sanctuary not just for anglers but for nature lovers as well.
