Water Conditions: Water Level very low and still dropping a little lower on 120 years by now.
Weather Conditions: Only one morning of rain.
Fishing conditions: Week 8 of our season and it's just hard to believe how low the water levels by now, the fish concentration is unbelievable. Arapaima is everywhere!!
Highlights this week:
It was so rewarding to see Jerry -he is 87 years old- catching a big Arapaima. He made a jungle extravaganza trip: the triple combo Rio Marié-Pirarucú-Xingu.
Also Michael got the jungle slam this week with an Arapaima, Aruana and tambaqui!
Michael and Jonatan caught over 16 species this week! It was just really cool to see them enjoying all the jungle has to offer!
